To accomplish this, Zip Mar required a comprehensive digital solution that could synchronize inventory management between their physical stores and their online website and mobile application. Project Scope
SpringRedux worked closely with the Zip Mar team to understand their requirements, vision, and target audience. The project scope included the following key deliverables:

- Customized Web Application: SpringRedux developed a web application for Zip Mar’s customers and store owners using Laravel, a popular PHP framework. The web application integrated with Clover POS machines and facilitated synchronized inventory management between physical stores and the online platform.
- Flutter Hybrid Application: To cater to a wider audience, SpringRedux built a Flutter hybrid application that worked seamlessly on both Android and iOS platforms. The app provided similar functionalities as the web application, including synchronized inventory management.
Methodology
To ensure the success of the project, SpringRedux followed a systematic approach:
